At this year’s PCIM, we will put the spotlight on our silicon carbide (SiC) portfolio. As an independent semiconductor provider, Bosch offers a diverse range of SiC trench MOSFETs in various forms, including bare dies, discretes, and power modules, directly to OEMs, Tier-1 and Tier-2 suppliers, and distributors.
